The little black boy...

From my point of view the poem, the little black boy, shows two important perspectives. the first is relate to the divine and the second to the human.
We can see in the poem the divine conexion with the human life when the mother and the son pray together because of all the questions that the kid has about his nature. On the other hand th human side is reflected in the realtionship of a mother with her son and the strong feeling of love that conected them. Therefore I conected the poem with the painting of Pablo Picasso, called "first steps." With this painting and focused only in the second viwe that I mentioned above -the human side- in which the image of a mother teaching to her son how to walk, reinforces the maternal and human realtionship present in the poem.
